Each sheet you purchase will be available for a one time download. Once you use either the link provided in your confirmation email, or the link under the Order Status page, the sheet will no longer be available for downloading again.
Do you offer any free sheets?
Yes! Everyday we will offer one of our HBD Basic Sheets for free. It will be highlighted and available at the top of our HBD Basic Sheets page.
Why should I use HBD sheets?
Our sheets work in two different ways. For beginners we provide you with historically profitable picks for each race we run. For more experienced handicappers our sheets break down each race and horse in an easy and quick to read format.
Who can use HBD sheets?
HBD sheets can be used by handicappers of all skill levels and backgrounds. The novice horse player can look at our sheets, or use our tiered picks system, to place bets and start narrowing down the field of potential winners. The expert handicappers can reduce their time of sitting behind the DRF paper and begin making more bets and winning more money.
Where are HBD sheets?
All of our HBD sheets are now located in our store. Make sure you have registered an account and have points added to your account before purchasing the sheets. If you forget, the checkout system will remind you. We are now accepting payment directly through PayPal for those customers that would prefer not to use HBD Points.
Do you run Harness or Quarter horse races?
No, at this time we are only focusing on thoroughbred racing. If you purchase a track that combines races, the races that are not thoroughbreds will not be available on the sheet.
Why are some races missing from some of the tracks on a sheet?
At this time we are not running numbers for Quarter horse or Arabian races. If a track has a mix of thoroughbred and other types of races, we will only produce races on the sheets for the thoroughbred races.
How do I read the sheets? What does all this mean?
What do the colored boxes at the top of some of the sheets mean?
HBD currently highlights four different proven angles on our sheets. Check out our Betting Angles page for more information about each of the angles. We have comments and videos that can better explain each of these.
What if a horse scratches that is listed on your sheet?
Our numbers are ran the night before the racing day. It is not a rare occurrence that a horse is scratched from a race the day of the race. In this instance, our picks are listed in the order of preference on the top of our sheets. If our 4th pick scratches you can use the next horse in line to complete the top four picks section on the top of the page.
What is a HBD rating?
This is the overall score after all calculations the have been completed. It is the number we use to rate and separate the horses into our picks. Think of this as the answer key to the race. The same theory applies to our HBD speed rating; the larger positive number indicates a horses relative advantage in the given race. The larger negative number indicates a horses relative disadvantage in the given race.
What is the best way to use HBD sheets?
There really is no one way to use the sheets. Just like with any other form of handicapping the bettor still needs to decide how he/she wants to place a bet. Some people focus on a key horse and surround that horse with other possible finishers in the exotics. Others could use our tiered system to put together horizontal wagers. The best way to use the sheets is the way you are most comfortable with.
